Week 5 of my P90x Challenge - Do I proceed, Switch to Insanity or fit-in Hip-hop Abs?Monday, February 22, 2010
5th week of my P90x Challenge started yesterday and I just can't wait for the spring to come...(looking forward to staying at the Yatch Club and then off we go to Delray Beach!)

The 5th week is similar to the first week except that there are 2 new DVDs: Chest and Back is now Chest, shoulders and triceps; The Shoulders and Arms is now Back abd Biceps!
Over the weekend, I met my dear friend's girlfriend. They were over for dinner and to my surpise, there's actually someone I now know that finished the P90x challenge. Funny thing, she thinks the P90x challenge is not that intense and now I am intrigued in trying a new DVD from beachbody.com : INSANITY!
Of course, the next night I checked out the link and I now I have a dilema:
Do I complete and see my P90x challenge to completion, or do I switch to this new intense 60-day challenge called INSANITY, or do I proceed with P90x and just add Hip-hop Abs!
(Why Hip-hop abs? First of all, I already have the DVDs and it's the same trainer from INSANITY!)
For now, I'm sticking with my P90x challenge and just mixing it up with some Hip-hop abs over the weekend, just for fun!"
This week, I also have to concentrate on writing, writing, and writing...
